Dr. Roberts’ Background
Dr. Roberts earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Illinois Dental School. He completed a two-year post-graduate dental residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in July 1987. During this time, he received extensive training in wisdom teeth removal (3rd molars), oral surgery, dental implants, and IV sedation.
Dr. Roberts has been practicing dentistry in Dallas since 1987 and was honored as the “Young Dentist of the Year” in 1990 by Dallas County. He is a Fellow of the American Association of Hospital Dentistry (FAAHD) and served on the Dallas County Dental Society Board of Directors from 1992 to 1996. Currently, he is an adjunct assistant professor at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and lectures nationally on general dental surgery.
